Industrial vacancy in Mexico City reached 900,000 square meters (m²) at the end of July 2026—more than double the 400,000 m² recorded during the same month the previous year. This increase occurred as new projects were completed, expanding the market's available supply.

The rise in supply coincided with industrial demand that remains high. In July, Mexico City recorded 155,000 m² in demand—representing 35% of the national total—making it the most active market in the country.
