Industrial developer Meor has begun a new expansion phase that includes strategic areas in central and northern Mexico. The strategy aims to incorporate established industrial properties that are currently under active lease.

Jonathan Pomerantz, CIO of Meor, emphasized that the objective is to integrate properties that are already generating value, offering opportunities to both investors and owners seeking to capitalize on their assets.

This approach focuses on industrial buildings with high demand and proven profitability. This will allow for immediate value addition, reducing incorporation times and ensuring stable cash flows.

According to information from the real estate fund, one billion dollars will be allocated in the coming years to take advantage of these types of market opportunities.

To exemplify this new strategy, the recent purchase of the San Lorenzo Industrial Park was highlighted. Located in the CTT logistics submarket of the State of Mexico, it has 43,000 square meters for rent and four warehouses of different sizes.
