Jalisco plans to invest 625 million to strengthen its industrial infrastructure

The Jalisco government announced a projected investment of $625 million for the construction of more than 800,000 square meters of industrial parks, a development expected to generate around 19,000 jobs between 2026 and 2027.

The project includes the incorporation of new industrial infrastructure that, according to state authorities and industry organizations, already has pre-leasing agreements in place.

Data from the Jalisco State Industrial Parks Association indicates that by the end of 2025, the state reached a historic record in industrial absorption, with 677,906 square meters occupied.
