The French company Le Bélier arrives in Guanajuato with an investment of 68 million dollars

With an investment of 68 million dollars and the generation of 500 jobs when it reaches its maximum capacity, Le Bélier began the construction of its new plant in San Miguel de Allende, which it plans to open in the second quarter of 2022. 

The French company, specialized in the manufacture of molded aluminum components for the automotive sector, will be located in the second stage of the San Miguel de Allende Business Park.

David Guffroy, CEO of Grupo Le Bélier, announced that this plant will be the benchmark for all the group's production facilities.

The company will implement its own foundry school, becoming the first in the state of Guanajuato.

In addition, it will have production lines that will work in an automated way, being an example of Industry 4.0.

In its first stage, it will be built on 23,500 square meters of area and seeks to supply mainly the North American market.

"The main mission of the company is to be a green company that helps improve the quality of life of Guanajuato and the world, focused on the attention of its end customers, collaborators and the community in general", commented the director.

The plant was conceived as a community project where it will work in coordination with the Technological Institute of San Miguel de Allende and institutes such as the State Training Institute (IECA) to develop and train the plant's human capital.
