The industrial market in Bajio continues to expand, driven by the arrival of new investments and the completion of projects that are integrated into the regional inventory. In the last twelve months, the Bajio inventory registered an increase of more than 1.4 million square meters.

San Luis Potosi was the market that reported the largest increase in inventory, registering a 9% increase compared to July 2025. Queretaro and Aguascalientes followed, both with a 7% increase, while Guanajuato registered a 5% increase.

During the second quarter of 2025, 120,000 square meters of industrial warehouses were started, representing just over half of what was reported in the same period last year.
