Querétaro’s industrial inventory reached 8.8 million square meters in July 2026, representing an increase of more than 400,000 square meters and an annual growth rate of 5%. This progress reflects the steady addition of new industrial space to the market over the last year, reaffirming Querétaro’s expansion and consolidation as one of the country’s leading industrial hubs.

As of the end of August 2026, the Mexico-Querétaro industrial submarket accounted for 32% of Querétaro’s inventory, followed by the Querétaro-San Luis Potosí submarket (30%) and the Airport submarket (29%). Meanwhile, the 5 de Febrero and San Juan del Río submarkets together make up the remaining 8%.

At the same time, construction activity in the Querétaro market has seen a 40% year-over-year decline; this indicates reduced activity in new project development and suggests a more moderate pace of industrial supply growth in the coming months.
