The reduction in construction starts is justified by the increase in market supply, driven by completed construction projects that are still available.

During the first two months of the year, only two industrial projects began, both located in the Airport submarket: a speculative building in the Kaizen City industrial park, and an expansion within the Airport Industrial Park (PIA).

Despite the decrease, new projects are expected to continue starting, as demand has remained stable and Querétaro has a consolidated industrial infrastructure that continues to attract investment.
