At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the Guanajuato industrial market registered an industrial demand of 131,000 square meters, registering an 8% decrease compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

Between January and March, construction began on 5 industrial projects in the Guanajuato market, totaling 120,000 square meters, doubling the figure reported during the same period in 2025.

As of the end of March, Guanajuato has a total of 355,000 square meters under construction, reaching its highest point since June 2022. Currently, 30% of the projects under construction are available for pre-leasing.
