As of the end of February 2026, total industrial construction in the Aguascalientes market reached 260,000 square meters, an increase of 130,000 square meters compared to February 2025.

The increase in construction is mainly due to the start of large-scale projects for the Aguascalientes market, most of which are scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

Currently, five projects are under construction, all of which are Class A properties, ranging in size from approximately 15,000 to 120,000 square meters.

Construction activity remains clearly concentrated in the Aguascalientes Sur submarket, which accounts for 80% of the total square meters under construction, followed by the Aguascalientes Norte submarket with the remaining 20%.
