
At the end of the third quarter of 2025, the Guanajuato industrial market accumulated a demand for industrial space of 60,000 square meters.

During the same quarter, construction began on seven industrial projects in the Guanajuato market, reaching a total of 113,000 square meters, which represented a 65% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The new industrial projects were led by developers such as Advance Real Estate, Sky Plus, and Marabis, to name a few. 70% of the properties are available for pre-leasing.

Guanajuato's industrial market continues to be a center of investment in the Bajío region, which has contributed to the increase in the construction of new industrial spaces.
