Guadalajara continues to be a growing industrial market. The state reflects a commitment to improving infrastructure and building new communication links that facilitate the development of new investments and the growth of companies already established in the region.

At the close of August, Guadalajara's industrial market recorded 97 thousand square meters of construction starts, a figure that tripled the one recorded for the same period in 2025.

The new projects were dominated by Class A buildings, a segment that is increasingly sought after by clients because these properties incorporate the most sophisticated quality standards as well as more advanced features for their industrial processes.

The El Salto submarket continues to lead the market's growth, accounting for 100% of the new industrial developments that began construction during the month. This submarket offers highly competitive advantages such as land use, available land area, and key transportation connections.

Regarding transportation links, the Guadalajara International Airport (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla) has begun its expansion, remodeling, and the construction of a new terminal. This will provide greater international coverage for both passengers and the exchange of goods, which also benefits Guadalajara's industrial sector.
