With the ongoing changes in international trade, adjustments have been made to the behavior of industrial markets in Mexico. While the Guadalajara market has continued its sustained growth in recent months, it has also registered a higher volume of the industrial move out activity.

During January 2026, the Guadalajara industrial market registered a move out activity of 26,000 square meters, tripling the figure compared to the previous year.

60% of the vacated space occurred in the Lopez Mateos Sur industrial submarket, while the remaining 40% occurred in the Periférico Sur submarket.

Industrial leasing activity in Guadalajara registered 31,000 square meters occupied during January 2026, a figure that remained above the vacant space during the same period.
