With an investment of 115 million dollars, the Harman company inaugurated its fourth manufacturing plant in the state of Querétaro, where it will be dedicated to the production of infotainment for vehicles and will create 1,100 new highly specialized jobs.

Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, head of the Secretariat of Sustainable Development of Querétaro (sedesu), highlighted that this opening represents great satisfaction, since the company trusts for the fourth time in the talent and living conditions of Querétaro.

Michael Mauser, President and CEO of Harman, explained that Querétaro is manufacturing highly complex equipment, high-end audio systems and telematics units that serve the main OEMS, hence the confidence in continuing to develop on Querétaro soil.
