SOMAR Group announces 202 million pesos investment to expand production in the State of Mexico

SOMAR Group, a company dedicated to the development, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceutical products, announced a 202 million peso investment in 2025 to expand its production capacity at its two plants in the State of Mexico and create 260 jobs.

Of Interest: 85% of Mexico City's industrial demand in July was pre-leased

The company produces painkillers, antibiotics, supplements, and specialized treatments for domestic consumption.

SOMAR seeks to increase supply to Walmart, Costco, Farmacias del Ahorro, Farmacias Similares, among others, as well as its own brands: Advaita Pharmaceuticals, Laboratorios Serral, and Lakeside.
