Grupo Bafar, laid its first stone of the Bafar northern Chihuahua industrial complex, with the presence of the state governor, Maria Eugenia Campos.

With an approximate investment of 250 million dollars that was supported by fiber nova, construction began, which is also strategically connected to the exit to Ciudad Juárez.

Fibra nova commented that the objective of the park is to offer complete solutions for clients, which is why it is equipped with high-end services such as natural gas, fiber optics, certified advanced fire-fighting systems and controlled access.

The industrial space will also have convenience stores for staff, sports areas and the possibility of building a daycare center similar to the one already operating in the Bafar technology park in the south of the city.

This complex has approximately 54 hectares and will provide space for up to 21 companies.

The project represents the bafar group's fifteenth incursion into Mexican soil, in line with a consolidation plan in the industrial real estate sector.

Likewise, the creation of more than 20 thousand new jobs was guaranteed, directly supporting the economic growth of the area and the attraction of future investments.
