Garza Ponce (GP) Desarrollos inaugurated the first phase of Pocket Park Libramiento, located in Escobedo, Nuevo Leon, with a total estimated investment of $85 million upon completion of the entire project.

The park, with 30 hectares and up to 12 warehouses, seeks to attract companies with modern spaces.

Pocket Park Libramiento is part of the expansion strategy of GP Desarrollos, which currently has seven parks of this type in Nuevo Leon, two of them still under construction, in addition to projects in Leon, Guanajuato, and Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
