Santa Catarina led industrial investment in Monterrey in August 2025

At the end of August 2025, Monterrey's industrial market registered more than 165,000 square meters leased, positioning itself as the most in-demand market in the country during the month.

The Santa Catarina submarket was the main driver of demand, accounting for 70% of the total registered in August 2025. The remainder was located in the Apodaca submarket, driven by a logistics company that leased more than 30,000 square meters.

The transaction that positioned Santa Catarina as the submarket with the highest demand for the month took place in the Finsa industrial park, with the leasing of a property of more than 100,000 square meters leased by a foreign company in the manufacturing sector.

Currently, the Santa Catarina submarket boasts an immediate industrial offering exceeding 185,000 square meters. This availability includes first-class buildings developed by companies such as Finsa, Vynmsa, Stiva, Advance Real Estate, Robertson Industries, among others, making it a key investment location within Monterrey's industrial market.
