REITs manage 32 Million square meters in strategic sectors

The REITs that make up AMEFIBRA collectively manage 32 million square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) distributed across strategic sectors such as industrial, commercial, hospitality, education, and office. After more than 15 years of evolution, the sector seeks to attract new developers, strengthen financial education, and consolidate its role as an engine of investment and economic growth in Mexico.
