Fibra Mty has signed an agreement to sell an office property in Guadalajara for 359 million pesos—plus the applicable value-added tax (VAT) on the buildings—as part of its strategy to optimize its real estate portfolio.
Of interest: Office demand in Guadalajara grew by 50% during July–August 2026
The agreed amount matches the property's latest fair market value, as determined by Fibra Mty’s external appraiser for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26).
The transaction is part of the trust's efforts to adjust its asset mix and direct resources toward other investment opportunities.

Once the transaction is finalized, the proceeds may be allocated to investments in industrial properties or to the buyback program for real estate investment trust certificates (CBFIs).
