Fibra Danhos is advancing the construction of a build-to-suit (BTS) facility spanning approximately 110,000 m² at the Danhos Palomas Industrial Park. Located in Cuautitlán, State of Mexico, the site sits within the Cuautitlán-Tultitlán-Tepotzotlán (CTT) logistics corridor.

The project, currently designated as "Nave 3" (Warehouse 3), will be developed in three stages. The first stage comprises approximately 65,000 m² and is scheduled for delivery in December 2026, according to Fibra Danhos' Q2 investor presentation.
