This program excludes those intended for social housing, popular or developed within the framework of the programs of the Federal Government or the local Government with low-impact commerce or services, included in the Manifestation Registry type B, and for projects where applicable. In point 3, on the Update of the Special Program for Urban Regeneration and Inclusive Housing 2019-2024, which aims to "correct gentrification, rising land prices and violations of urban regulations", it will promote the generation of incentives for the development of Inclusive Housing in different areas and 18 CDMX corridors.
