Asian Companies Continue to Drive Industrial Investment in Saltillo

Saltillo continues to solidify its position as a destination for companies in the automotive sector. Between 2025 and the present day, Asian companies focused on automotive component manufacturing have driven new investments in the industrial market, accumulating more than 100,000 square meters of leased space.

These transactions, which took place during 2025 and the first four months of 2026, represent 35% of the total demand registered during this period, reflecting the growing importance of Asian companies within Saltillo's industrial market.

Significant investments have also been made within the Ramos Arizpe submarket to expand industrial operations. Asian companies already established in the Saltillo market continue to expand their presence, including the Chinese firms Fuerda and Sanhua, which specialize in auto parts manufacturing.

The Derramadero area is characterized by the presence of Asian companies within its industrial activity. In recent years, investments have been made by companies such as Yokohama and ZC Rubber. Furthermore, in April 2026, a Chinese company purchased an industrial building, a transaction that exceeded 15,000 square meters of demand.
