The decrease is mainly due to the increase in industrial supply in the Querétaro market. In the last year, availability grew by 25% due to the incorporation of completed projects into the existing inventory.

During that period, approximately 550,000 m² of industrial buildings were completed, of which 60% corresponded to speculative developments and 40% to Built-to-Suit projects.

Despite a slowdown in the pace of construction, Querétaro remains one of the most dynamic industrial markets in the country, ranking fourth nationally in terms of industrial demand in April.
