Xavier Toussaint Nasta, general director of U-Calli, highlighted that with this second phase of the project, he is confident that "the best office building in Querétaro" will be available.

Antonio Elosúa González, co-president of the Administrative Council of U-Calli, shared that Tower I and Tower II, together, have generated more than two thousand direct jobs and one thousand 200 indirect ones during their execution.

He also stated that more than 800 million pesos have been invested in both buildings.

According to the statement, Querétaro Business Park Tower II will pay Querétaro families to have more and better jobs every day.

For his part, the Secretary of Sustainable Development, Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, said that the corporate complex adds value to the state, because in addition to generating capital gains, it is a project that transcends.

The event was attended by the Secretary of Labor, Liliana San Martín Castillo; the municipal president of Querétaro, Luis Nava; the federal deputy, Felipe Macías; the executive director of the U-Calli Mixed Uses Division, Silvano Solís Vázquez, among other guests.
