Durex Plastics announced a 215 million peso investment project to expand its plant in the state, aiming to strengthen its industrial presence in the region and consolidate its production operations.

The investment will be allocated to the production of parts for conventional suspension, air suspension, and dust covers, key inputs for the automotive industry.

The plant will be located in the Querétaro Airport Industrial Park and is expected to generate 600 direct and indirect jobs, reinforcing the state's industrial competitiveness as a destination for specialized manufacturing.
