Sublease Supply Increases in Ciudad Juárez's Industrial Market

The national outlook for 2025 has been characterized by greater caution in industrial sector investments. The Ciudad Juárez industrial market closed Q4 2025 with vacancies exceeding 500,000 square meters.

During Q4 2025, industrial demand in Ciudad Juárez was 25% higher than in the same quarter of the previous year. Vacancies did not decrease; on the contrary, they increased by more than 28,000 square meters compared to the end of 2024.

At the close of the fourth quarter of 2025, more than 37,000 square meters of vacant space were recorded. In addition, the market has shown a greater volume of spaces under sublease conditions, a figure that amounts to more than 70,000 square meters competing directly with the vacancy of the market.
