In April, the Mexican industrial market registered a demand of 300,000 square meters, a 7% increase compared to the same month of the previous year. Monterrey accounted for the largest share of leases with 22%, followed by Guadalajara with 17% and Mexico City with 15%.

In contrast, the release of industrial space totaled 147,000 square meters, representing a 17% year-over-year decrease.
This release was concentrated mainly in Guadalajara and Tijuana, each accounting for 20%, while Mexico City contributed 16%.

While the vacated space has decreased, they continue to influence market behavior. During the month, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, and Chihuahua showed more move outs than the registered demand.
