Industrial demand in Guadalajara increased 13% year-over-year in April 2026

Industrial leases in the Guadalajara market reached 51,000 square meters by the end of April, representing a 13% increase compared to the previous year.

It is worth noting that Guadalajara positioned itself as the second most in-demand market nationwide, second only to Monterrey, which accounted for the highest demand for the month.

The leases were entirely for speculative spaces, primarily for companies in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, leaving a vacancy of 326,000 square meters.

The Zapopan Norte industrial submarket experienced a significant reactivation, becoming the most in-demand area for the month and accounting for 55% of leases.
