As of the end of October 2025, industrial demand in Queretaro reached 75,000 square meters of leased space, double the figure recorded in the same period of 2024.

95% of transactions were concentrated in the Aeropuerto submarket under the Built-to-Suit project model, driven by manufacturing companies seeking customized facilities.

3% of demand was registered in the México–Querétaro submarket and the remaining 2% in the Querétaro–San Luis Potosí submarket, both corresponding to speculative-type warehouses.

During October, Queretaro remained one of the industrial markets with the highest demand in the country, accounting for 15% of the national total, second only to Mexico City and Monterrey. Its strategic location and extensive connectivity with the country's main markets continue to strengthen its appeal to national and international companies.
