Industrial demand in Guadalajara accelerates, reaching 150,000 m² in Q1 2026

Industrial leasing activity in Guadalajara reached 148,000 square meters at the end of the first quarter of 2026, representing a 68% increase compared to the same period in 2025.

The El Salto submarket continues to be the epicenter of demand, adding more than 113,000 square meters leased this quarter, followed by the Zapopan Norte submarket with 21,000 square meters.

It should be noted that during this quarter, leases were made for properties still in the early stages of construction, demonstrating the growth in demand and the importance for companies of securing strategic locations for their operations.

During the first quarter of the year, Guadalajara accounted for 15% of national industrial demand, positioning itself as the third largest contributor to national demand, behind only Mexico City and Monterrey.
