Demand for industrial space grows in the north of the country in January: Solili

During 2020 segments such as industrial real estate showed positive indicators, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, since it exceeded demand levels at the national level, maintained stable prices and rising construction volumes in some markets, mostly favored by the increased demand for e-commerce and the logistics industry.

The monthly report for January 2021 prepared by Solili, details that said sector maintained stable levels during the first month of the year as well as the end of 2020.

Tijuana, on the northeast border, continued with the good behavior, reporting a demand figure of almost 15 thousand square meters, which corresponds to a custom-made project in the El Florido-Boulevard 2000 corridor.
