Office demand in Mexico exceeds 380,000 square meters in the first half of 2025

The office market in Mexico is undergoing a period of adjustment due to new global commercial dynamics.

At the close of the second quarter of 2025, the national inventory continues to expand, reporting a growth of 200,000 square meters. However, this growth is much more moderate than that reported in pre-pandemic periods, when the figure exceeded one million square meters.

Between January and June 2025, office demand in the country reached a total of 382,000 square meters, showing stable performance. Corporate investments during this period represent nearly 90% of the volume recorded in the first six months of 2024.

In the second quarter of 2025, leasing activity nationwide reached 205,000 square meters, an increase of 15% compared to the first quarter of the year.
