Industrial Leasing Grows in Chihuahua: 37% More Than in January-February 2025

During the first two months of 2026, industrial demand in Chihuahua exceeded 37,000 square meters, representing a 37% increase compared to the same period in 2025.

With the industrial demand recorded between January and February 2026, the Chihuahua market positioned itself as the third market with the highest demand in northern Mexico, only behind Monterrey and Reynosa.

The aerospace sector is the main cluster in Chihuahua's industrial market, and during the first two months of the year, this sector was the main driver of demand in the city, accounting for 60% of total leasing, while the remaining investments correspond to the logistics sector.

The Eastern submarket accounted for 68% of the demand for the two-month period, driven by investments in industrial buildings with top-tier infrastructure, followed by the Northern submarket with 28%.
