During the period from January to June 2026, the San Luis Potosí industrial market registered demand exceeding 23,000 square meters, a figure that represents a slowdown compared to the same period in 2025.
In the first six months of 2026, the majority of investments in the Potosí market were concentrated in the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone submarket, which accounted for 80% of the accumulated demand.

Among the most significant investments in the submarket is the establishment of an international software development company in the Cresisa industrial park, a company that occupies a building of more than 8,000 square meters.
The San Luis Potosí industrial market currently has an inventory of 4.8 million square meters and a vacancy rate of 5.5%, showing a gradual increase in supply due to the slower pace of industrial investment.

As of the end of June 2026, the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone submarket concentrates 75% of the industrial inventory in the Potosí market and is positioned as the fastest-growing area in the market.
