From January to April 2025, the Airport submarket accounted for 70% of total industrial demand in Queretaro. This performance has motivated more developers to invest in the area, promoting new projects in important industrial parks.

The available industrial spaces vary in size, from 5,000 to 20,000 square meters. Most of these buildings are class A, ensuring high-quality infrastructure.

With 260,000 square meters under construction and 68% still available for rent, Queretaro's industrial market anticipates a steady expansion of its offering in the second half of the year, thanks to 20 projects that will be added to the inventory before the end of 2025.
