The Guanajuato industrial market has shown sustained growth in the development of new industrial projects so far in 2025. As of the end of November, the market registered more than 300,000 square meters under construction, distributed across 19 industrial buildings.

The volume of construction in the market reports a 17% increase compared to the figure recorded during November 2024.

The projects under development are mainly located in industrial parks such as Castro del Río, Guanajuato Park, ParqueSur American Industries, and Vynmsa León Industrial Park, among others.
