Total construction in the Aguascalientes industrial market stood at 134,000 square meters at the end of August 2025, representing a 25% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

During the last year, 13 industrial projects began construction in Aguascalientes, accumulating a total of 273,000 square meters. More than 70% of these projects were built with first-class infrastructure and large footprints, which contributed to the increase in total construction volume.

During 2025, seven projects were completed; 60% of these projects were categorized as BTS (Bottom Floor Construction), and the remainder were ready to enter the market.

The Aguascalientes Sur submarket remains the state's main investment hub, accounting for 80% of the current construction market.
