Construction in Mérida is mainly located in the Cabo Norte corporate submarket, with 70% of the total buildings under construction. This submarket has gained importance due to its transportation routes, which connect it to the main areas of Mérida, making it an emerging investment hub.

On the other hand, the Blvd. García Lavín submarket has the remaining 30% of the office space under construction. It is the second most important submarket in the market in terms of inventory volume.

At least 23,000 square meters of buildings are expected to be completed this year. The addition of new office supply will be an important milestone in mobilizing Mérida's corporate segment, as the submarkets with the highest construction volume currently have the lowest vacancy rates in the market.
