Construction begins on UBIQ³ Santa Fe Business Park with 90 million investment in Tijuana

With a joint investment of approximately $90 million, construction has officially begun on the UBIQ³ Santa Fe Business Park industrial complex, a project developed by Grupo Frisa in partnership with Fibra Macquarie.

The groundbreaking ceremony was led by the mayor of Tijuana, Ismael Burgueño Ruiz, who emphasized that the new industrial park represents a strategic development hub in the Santa Fe area.

The complex includes the construction of four state-of-the-art industrial buildings that, together, will total approximately 70,000 square meters of leasable area.
