After its first year of operation, the Nuevo León Logistics Cluster aims to consolidate a network connecting infrastructure, talent, technology, and foreign trade to reduce logistics costs and strengthen the state's position as an industrial and manufacturing hub. Given the state's high concentration of industry, the organization seeks to coordinate this existing capacity to boost supply chain efficiency.

Although Nuevo León shares a border with the United States spanning just 14 kilometers, a strategic platform operates around this connection; it integrates the La Gloria-Colombia highway, the Interserrana highway, and the Periférico (ring road), alongside more than 260 operational industrial parks.

As a sign of this expansion, the state accounted for five of the 20 industrial parks that began operations nationwide this year, with another 38 currently under construction. Furthermore, during the first seven months of 2026, the state established itself as the top destination for announced investment in Mexico, with a projected creation of over 70,000 jobs.
