Guanajuato industrial market accumulated 171,000 square meters of construction starts between January and August 2025, representing a 12% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

55% of the projects that began construction during 2025 were BTS buildings, primarily housing companies from Europe, the United States, and Mexico. Investments in tailor-made projects were driven by manufacturing companies and data centers.

The remaining 45% correspond to speculative projects that are available for lease and offer competitive rental prices.
