
From April to May 2025, Queretaro experienced a notable increase in office demand, reaching a gross absorption of 5,000 square meters, doubling the figures for the same period in 2024.

Much of this demand, 85%, was concentrated in the South Central submarket, including spaces still under construction, underscoring the growing corporate interest in investing in Queretaro as one of the country's main business centers.
Nationally, the office market maintained a cumulative demand of 129,000 square meters during April and May 2025, similar to that of the previous year.
Mexico City led the absorption with 72% of the total, followed by Guadalajara (9%) and Leon (6%).
