During Q2 2025, the submarkets with the highest office occupancy volume in Monterrey were Apodaca Airport with 35% and Valle Oriente with 32% of the total.
Despite the slowdown in investment, the volume of vacated space during the second quarter of 2025 reached 4.9 thousand square meters, a 68% decrease compared to the same period in 2024.
