Alveo Kapital builds an industrial park in Jalisco with 50 million dollars

Alveo Kapital announced that with an investment of 50 million dollars, it will begin the construction of the Kampus Industrial Santa Rosa, in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, in Jalisco.

The objective of the project is to increase the infrastructure of industrial spaces for national and international AAA companies that are looking for a logistics or light industry space in the submarket of the industrial corridor of El Salto, Jalisco.

According to the real estate platform Solili, which monitors the behavior of the El Salto corridor on a monthly basis, there is an inventory of one million 215 thousand 82 square meters with a vacancy of 97 thousand 125 square meters.

With updated data until February of this year, the average monthly rental price per square meter had an increase of 1.7 percent, compared to January, when it was priced at 4.68 dollars.

Kampus Industrial Santa Rosa will have 90 thousand square meters of profitable area on a plot of approximately 28 hectares.

The development will have three industrial buildings, the first one measuring 40 thousand square meters with the capacity to have cross platforms; while the last two will be 27 thousand square meters with front platforms.

The generation of approximately two thousand direct jobs will be analyzed, of which 500 will be during the construction phase.

During its operation: logistics companies with 200 to 500 jobs and light industry companies with 500 to 1,000 jobs.

According to the company, a part of this investment comes from two Canadian institutional investors, among which ICM Asset Management established in the Calgary region stands out.

In addition, the other part will come from financing the Mexican financial system.
