92% progress on the Mitikah project

The Mitikah mixed-use development, in charge of Fibra Uno (FUNO), the first real estate investment trust, is 92% complete, with the office tower completed, while the housing tower and the Mall.

“Obviously, the jewel in the crown is the Mitikah project, which is 92% complete. We have around one million square meters of construction, of which approximately 480.00 square meters is the profitable area of this development ”, explained Gonzalo Robina, deputy general director of the trust.

He explained that the progress of the apartment tower is 90%, since the last interior work is being concluded and the units are already being deeded.

Soon they will have the first inhabitant in the lowest part of the tower, where the sales of the apartments are 90% complete.

Meanwhile, the office tower is 100% finished and delivered, it has an occupancy of the order of 90 percent. Gonzalo Robina commented that in this project there is a company that is demanding more space.

While the development of the shopping center is 80% complete, the spaces have already been delivered to the vast majority of the tenants and they are adapting their premises.

The opening of the shopping center is scheduled for April 2022, at Easter, while the entire complex is expected to be completed in 2024.

Finally, he explained that the small office tower of approximately 10,000 square meters, is 100% finished and 100% occupied, where the tenant is the Hospital San Ángel Inn, it is part of the Mitikah complex, even though it is not owned by Fibra Uno.

Mitikah, through the Helios financial vehicle in which FUNO participates, has committed a total investment of 3,800 million pesos and will have a gross profitable area of approximately 337,410 square meters.
