Last Friday two publications were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation that summarize much of the transformation work that was done during 2019.

The first document deals with the Organic Statute of Infonavit. Among the relevant changes is the transformation of the General Subdirectorate for Attention and Services into the General Subdirectorate for Operations. The change is not only in name, it has more to do with the foundations of local work that the institute does. I mean, before the state representations depended on the general direction, so many times the processes were broken or some were favored over others.
