The real estate sector in the State of Mexico has recovered dynamism. This November, Rafael Díaz Leal Barrueta, secretary of Urban and Territorial Development of the Mexican government, announced the consolidation of an investment of 1,200 million pesos for a vertical housing project promoted by Artha Capital, and part of a mixed-use scheme of 35,000 millions of pesos.

The official reported that the works will take place in the municipality of Naucalpan and will provide a great positive impact to the entity since it will generate 250 direct jobs.
