Liverpool invests 25 million pesos in logistics center in Jilotepec

Port of Liverpool presented the Arco Norte Logistics Platform project in Jilotepec, State of Mexico, through which 10,000 direct jobs will be generated with an investment of 25 million pesos, which seeks to place the entity as one of the main centers logistics of Mexico.

This is an important project for the northern region of the state, as it will be located in the Jilotepec municipality, a center at the intersection between the north arc and the Mexico-Querétaro highway, adjacent to arc 57 with more than 680 hectares and seeks to take advantage of the logistical advantages .

This logistics ship will have great relevance for Latin America and in a first stage, with an investment of more than 7,500 million pesos, it will generate more than 1,300 direct jobs and 1,700 indirect jobs.

Phase two, with more technology, will be in charge of clothing, cell phones, computers, it will be ready in the first quarter of 2024, with 8,800 million pesos with 2,300 direct jobs and about 3,000 indirect jobs. In total, it will be an investment of 25 billion pesos, to generate 10,000 direct jobs, plus 15,000 indirect ones.

According to the Solili platform, the Cuautitlán corridor, in the State of Mexico, and which also adjoins the México-Querétaro highway, has an inventory of 3 million 422 thousand square meters with a vacancy of 227 thousand 793 square meters.
