According to the real estate services platform Solili, at the end of the third quarter of 2020 (3Q2020), Mexico City showed a greater opening of commercial and recreational activities; which included the housing market.

The opening of the construction and commercialization of residential developments has allowed the market to recover its rhythm; and, in this way, project confidence both to potential buyers and to workers in this sector.
