At a press conference, the General Director of Infonavit, Carlos Martínez Velázquez, presented the new ConstruYo loan, which is granted without a mortgage guarantee; So far the agency has approved an initial package of 10,000 credits.

For the start of this program, 2,000 credits were granted in Baja California, Oaxaca, the Metropolitan Area of the Valley of Mexico, Nayarit, Jalisco, Chiapas and Yucatán, which will mean a spill of around 100 million pesos for the country and for the economy local.
